trying to stay accountable. Day #2. Ended up going on a sweaty 6 mile hike last night before dinner- up to Center Point Knob and back. Met 4 thru hikers. Nice guys. Had an afternoon snack with protein that carried me to dinner. Went to the farm and got fresh strawberries picked that morning and had some for dessert with Cool Whip. A treat! Up for a 3 mile hot walk this morning and going back to the gym tomorrow. Good stuff.
