gooooooooood mornin everyone!!!...back into a regular routine of gettin ready for that morning walk...41 outside this morning and still puttin on 2 layers to do a morning walk...did some cleanin outside yesterday to help burn a few more calories after my morning walk...but then in the afternoon set outside an just soaked up the rays...so relaxing to just hook up tunes and relax under the sun..hard to relax in one of those plastic chairs..gonna have to look for a better chair to relax in...well need to get up an moving..so i can get that morning walk started once again...have a great sunday....

addon...just got back from my morning walk...3.46 miles in 70 min...felt great to get a morning walk over with an back into my morning routine of walking once again...id let me walkin suffer..in a way its a good thing, as my body got a different workout while i wasnt walking, but at the same time i felt like when i was going to brians, i was lettin myslf down by not doing a morning walk, even though i was just to tired each morning...this week i plan on trying harder to do the morning walks....im hopin my body has finally gotten use to the time change an i can stay on track with all the exercise..yesterday i partaked of alot of salt so today will be one of those less salt days hopefully...
