Though the counter shows a thousands of calorie deficit (-4057 tuesday, -3154 wednesday) after exercise for the past several days, I suspect the loss the last couple days is all water. I still see a manatee when I look at a mirror. My pants still require a bit of arm strength to button. I'm getting into a funk that I need to break.
Also, when I enter Boxing for 2 hours it is because I can't find any data for calorie burn for fencing, which is what I'm actually doing. I'll have to research and figure out if they're as similar as I think; fencing is all the same movement levels as boxing, you're just wearing a coat... right?
