Up this week, but I knew I would be after we had a Chinese Food Feast that lasted 2 days. I was up 2+ pounds, but HUBBY was DOWN a pound, eating more than I do, not restricting intake over the rest of the week, and less active. So Frustrating!!!!
90,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 30,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Yes, women should not compare themselves with men for weight loss. Men have more muscle, don't have a menstrual cycle or menopause and are usually bigger and taller, so I guess they can get away with eating much more food than we do.
