healthnutmom's Logboek, 22 feb 11

I really cut back this morning in Core. It has to be something I can live with. What I mean is: I've cut back on the weight I use. It was easier to do the moves very correctly and push myself that way. I was huffing and puffing from the very beginning! Two more days till my trip.
