Welcome to Wow: Walk on Wednesdays! Online walking group for any FSers who wish to share their walking and fitness experiences. I have set up a Group* here (seems to be available only on desktop/laptops) but for those only on the app, here is your weekly post: How were your walks this week? I had a good week of recovery! Walking has never been so important as now, with my injured knee. My goals are different but I have a cane to start hallway walking & will order a very sturdy (bariatric) one for my ventures outside. The difference is: I have to be very MINDFUL. I must respect my knees/legs & not rush the healing process. Injuries sure change your mindset. I'm glad you're mobile & working thru it. I thought I would walk at lunch if it stayed at max 30. Then it was 34 at noon, so I decided to pass. I should have got up & gone before work. I miss WOW.
