Awesome day! I found out this morning my son will be inducted Thursday night into the National Junior Honor Society! I am so proud of him. He works hard so I think I may have to buy him a reward. There is a video game he has been wanting so that's probably it. Physical therapy this morning was good. With any luck I'll be finishing that up soon. My back is still hurt from January's car accident but I'm thinking I might be stuck with it at this point. At least the two bulging discs aren't herniated. Weight loss will help with the pain and I'm already doing that. I'm adding more exercise back in but it's slow (per doctor's orders) and I don't feel like I'm getting much done. I'll have to build back up but I will get there! Have a fabulous blessed day everyone!

Congratulations on your son's induction to the Nat'l Honor Society, that is something to be proud of. Best wishes to you on your back, I hope that with time and continued weight loss it'll make a big difference. I fell off my roof last December and broke my L-5 vertebrae and some ribs, since then back pain and sometimes nerve issues have been a daily companion. It has been getting better so I'm thankful, I can still do pretty much what I want, just have to be careful with it.

yaaaaaaaa about your son <3 that is awesome <3 sorry your suffering so ,, I fell in water on the floor back in 1994 broke my left leg and sever back pain then went into my left leg were it would give out ,, Had it for about 3 years then finely with exercise I was bale to over come ,, very rarely painful ,, in the lower arch of back pain blocker's exc Praying for you <3 good night God bless <3

YAY for your family! Such an accomplishment. My little one made Honor Roll and we are so proud (he likes being a smarty-pants) LOL!!
