I was really sad and ate too much. Also my fiancé brought me lunch after I already ate lunch. Sad day for us after the loss of our cat, but I got a run in and we went on a lovely swim and snorkel at the beach. The water was not clear but it was still nice.

Losing a pet is a terrible loss. They are with us for such a short time. I'm glad you were able to go snorkeling.

Very sorry to hear about your cat. My kitty is 15 and who knows how long she'll be around. Good work getting a swim in. Hope you feel better soon ❤

I too am an emotional eater. Losing a family pet, is a difficult thing to get over. I have had a few dogs that we had raised from little puppies and a couple of rescues over the years. Losing them was emotional for the whole family. You have done a good job on taking care of your weight and there will always be some setbacks along the road. Just remember, one of two days going off the rails will not be bad, as long as you get back on course and continue on the path.
