Primalkid's Logboek, 29 mei 14

Okay it has been a LONG time since I wrote in this thing, but Sean said that he actually subscribed to it so that he gets an email when I update it. Therefore, I will start using it again so he can keep tabs on me. Hopefully it won't turn into spam ;)

Today was excellent so far. I woke up full of energy and had a great morning walk and was nice and lean. The bronkaid I bought worked wonders and I just had so much energy in the gym that I tore through the RDL clusters. Previously did sets of 3 with 300 lbs, so for the clusters I dropped it down to 260 lbs and absolutely destroyed it.

Currently have a 96% in my Organic Chemistry class, which basically means I have an A for the quarter because there is only one(? - maybe 2) exams left and no more homework and only like one lab... and yeah, pretty excited to be done with this remedial waste of my time. Excited for Biochemistry at Bastyr this summer - it will be tough as hell but should be fascinating and looking even further ahead I am already geeking out at the textbooks that I will have to purchase for the classes. They will fascinate me.

Today for lunch I ditched the raw sweet potatoes because about 80% of the protein in sweet potatoes is sporamin, which is a trypsin inhibitor and thus interfere with protein digestion. Instead I microwaved it and stuck it in the freezer for a couple hours. It turned out really good as the heating made it sweet while the freezing made it more solid, so it was kind of like eating a candy bar. My stomach is a little bloated today but I'm not sure why. It will probably pass tomorrow morning.

Can't really think of anything else to write at the moment, so I may update again later today or more than likely again this weekend when I do my weigh-in and skin-fold / circumference measurements.
