I am just joining the Fat Secret community today. I have gained far too much weight in the past few years. I now weigh about 150 pounds and I am getting very depressed about it. Most of my pants no longer fit. I want to really focus on getting back into shape this summer.

Thanks hoosier436! I will definitely need the support! I have a lot of fun things planned this summer. Unfortunately, they all tend to include an outdoor activity with friends followed by beer consumption which will not help me reach my weight loss goals.
