Well, I just joined the site yesterday and then had a VERY unhealthy lunch which is still a brick in my gut. When I weighed in this morning I was up 0.6 pounds which was a good kick in the butt to get me started. I injured my heel a few days ago, so I can't wear my sneakers to the gym. So.... this morning I set out to do an hour on the treadmill in my socks. I walked for 35 minutes until the cable TV in that room only went out. Geez!! I feel like there is some sort of conspiracy to keep me from exercising!! I tried to fix the cable and have turned the task over to my fiancé. I am having a protein smoothie now and hope to complete the hour walk in a little while.
