Hello, it's Friday! No weigh-in or post today as I just got back from an emergency gyno visit (due to bleeding), resulting in a biopsy. I am wiped! First pizza delivery (on its way) in almost 3 years, cos well, today is that kinda day! Hope everyone is great on this beautiful summer day; see ya on Monday! :)

Ha!! Well my downfall was Lays potato chips that I was craving ALL week. I bought a 66g bag (370 cal). They were SO good. Of course, I ate the whole bag, but hopefully didn't do too much damage. I will find out next week!
