Primalkid's Logboek, 02 jun 14

The workout today went amazingly well. I haven't lost any strength thus far and was able to pull of my 2RM of 250lbs at the end of the second wave. Also, the ab work went great and the cable crunches really hit home.

I also ate about a pound of celery today at lunch because I dip it in my cocoa powder thermicarb oatmeal mix (which is basically a giant pudding of yum). Curiously, I looked up the nutrition info and the entire pound was only 60 kcal... wow! Of course, only about 14% of that is usable energy, which brings it down to like 10 kcal... lolol... talk about a true dieting food.
