Primalkid's Logboek, 04 jun 14

Today went amazing. The two-meal plan worked out really well and I was cruising through the day and feasting through the night. I met with a sports chiropractor today and we did some assessments and X-rays for my scoliosis and any other skeletal "deformities." I am headed back on Friday to go over the results and see what a good plan of attack will be. Will keep Sean updated on this.
