It's been weeks since that line moved. And the waistband hasn't really adjusted lately either. My biceps are a little rounder and the tone on my legs is pretty cool looking, so it's not 100% discouraging, but stepping onto that scale today and seeing that same 235... a little heartbreak happened there.
I've been pretty good on the eating, even the evening binges that I used to do are down to near nothing.
Frustrated.
Looking at how many calories I eat with what I eat now, though, it is INSANE how many calories I was packing away to get TO this point. I had days where I think I must have been chewing on something the whole day, and washed it all down with 3-4 cans of coke. It's no wonder I had crossed that 260 line, no wonder none of my clothes without elastic would still fit. I have to remember how it felt that day I couldn't button the only shirt I'd brought for the wedding and I'll have no problem keeping going.
Maybe tonight when I get home I'll see if I can fit that shirt.
