10:45 pm - Didn't eat enough today. It's amazing how full I can feel when I eat sensibly. I don't want to just stuff myself with 500 calories at this late an hour, so I'll work on eating a better balance of foods tomorrow and in the future. Heaven knows I don't want to binge due to shorting myself!
