Well, Saturday was fine, but Sunday was my wedding anniversary & he took me out for a meal! I decided on a Sunday roast even in the heat of 30 degrees as I just couldn't see a salad & a celebration! I had a a glass of pinot grigio blush and thought that's fine for 1 day. Didn't eat the yorkshire pud & only 2 of the 3 roast spuds. Unfortunately the other veg was quite creamy and I did get sucked into a waffle & toffee sauce for pud! The chef/owner at the pub is a friend and out came more drinks on the house! I won't be weighing today but I have some work to do before Friday to work it off! I won't however be taking the dogs out for a walk in this heat & am spending a lot of time in the house myself to keep cool. I may manage a walk later if it cools down.

Been for a short walk so even though I’ve only done 5000 steps so far today, at least I wasn’t sat on my arse ALL day! 😂

Aawww thanks everyone xx He's my 3rd hubby lol but for me it's 3rd time lucky. There's no one I'd rather grow old with (certainly not the other 2!) We've only been married for 12 years but each of those years have been so special x
