Not my regular weigh day, but just had to step on the scales. Then I stepped, re-stepped, rubbed my eyes, and re-stepped. Same number. Had to post the number because I'm so excited about the numbers going down again finally. Last week I was showing a weight gain of 2 lbs which must have been water weight. I did use sea salt in some of my meals which does explain water retention. Usually I don't use salt, I use garlic powder and other spices.
101,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 39,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.

Great job! It goes to show, you just have to stay consistent and keep going. The scale will eventually reflect our efforts.
