went to my physical therapy ,, took my exercise routine in , she seemed pleased at what I'm doing ,, I thought my swelling & Paine level was normal ,,, she made me more aware of what I needed to do to manage both .......feeling more positive I Love ya Lord very much <3 Thanks for every thing ya do for me <3 Love ya Dolores Lynn <3 very much <3 I Pray my FS Family is doing well <3 OH PS I had a McDonals pie the first comfort food in compensating my pain (( I think )) ??
