I'm going to have an ultrasound done this afternoon. It seems I have an unidentified lump in my abdomen. I'm worried, nervous, hoping for the best, but fearing the worst. I'm praying to God for the strength and guidance to face whatever challenges lie ahead.

a lot of those lumps can be just fatty tissue or benign masses... I will cross my fingers... an toes :)
