Perjink's Logboek, 28 feb 11

YAY! Although I didn't log my foods yesterday I did well. For breakfast I had several glasses of water and protein bar & (2) cups of coffee. At lunch I had (2) 16 oz cups of hot green tea and a cup of steak chili w/cornbread crumbles. and dinner was a meet in greet which included bar food...bad I know but in moderation its ok to relax on the rigid diet sometimes.I still managed to loose a pound
63,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Kinda fun logging what I eat, also kind of a pain :/ but interesting. Going to start kickboxing again once Dale leaves!
