Well up a pound for this week.... My eating was pretty good this week but i didnt get in as many walks as i should have. Last night i went to a comedy club i had a few drinks and nacho's too... that could be an added factor to the pound i gained! Either way next week will be a lot of work and i plan on making sure i push myself as much as possible to get rid of the pound i gained and hopefully another one too! Have a great weekend all!!!
