smartin585's Logboek, 28 feb 11

Been out of town for a few days...so no gym and not much exercise. Tried to watch what I ate, but we ate out a lot. I think I still stayed around the 1500 calories a day. I will weigh myself tomorrow...don't expect to have lost anything, just hope I haven't gained. Plus I go back to the gym tomorrow...I've been working hard at the weights for about 6 weeks now...I hope I get back into it after being off for a week.
