Stress= a martini after a long day at the desk and frustrations with the computer and worry about my son who is in a depressive crisis and we can't reach the new therapist... Martini led to ice cream and cake. (with grilled chicken and salad and toasted sourdough in between) Still only at 1643 for the day but feeling yuk. Also, tried swallowing a Tbs. of olive oil this morning and then eating a warm nectarine and prunes and blueberries for breakfast and drinking 10 glasses of warm lemon water to get the bowels moving...with no results.
