So first day back to the gym after a week off...I thought I would die!! For some reason everything seemed harder and it took way longer to get my breath back. I didn't throw in the towel though...I keep on pushing. Let's see how sore I am tomorrow...lol

We are all proud of you. You may feel it tomorrow, but that is a good things. I think about it like this, when I am sore, I know I have been working it out, I know if feels bad but its going to be worth it in a few months when you are looking fine for the summer.
