I just can’t wait for this Skipping and eat well challenge!!!! I wanna loose at least 5kg for those 2 weeks I know its hard work and proper eating habits!!! I have a few buddies that have joined I really hope they are as excited as I am because I know this works I have done this before and I can almost guarantee if you stick to the skipping you WILL be able to do 1000 skips by the end of week 2..... I just can’t wait and what i am going to do is every second week do a different challenge :)

I don't *think* I'm a natural skipper, do you even get such a thing lol but I will dig out the skipping rope and up for the challenge. Bet you will shake those 5kg in 2 weeks! Lets do this ;-)
