I need help on deciding whether to bulk or to stay in a deficit.
I currently weigh 63.7kg. I am kind of lean. This system called boditrax which we have at the gym says I have 56.9kg muscle which is 89.3% and 3.8kg fat which is 5.9%, I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS.
I am currently eating on average 1900 calories a day. If I bulk I will increase it to 2100. Is this a good increase?
My Pr at this time are: BENCH PRESS : 65KG OVERHEAD PRESS: 42.5KG DEADLIFT: 100KG SQUAT: 45KG.... I RECENTLY STARTED SQUATTING BACK ROW: 45KG
