YogaX - hate hate it! I did an hour and my limbs were shaking and aching. I added almost another scoop of protein to my shake this morning. I really want to buy the recovery drink again but it seems the price went up. And the stuff the gnc sold me doesn't have creatine in it like the p90x has in it. so torn, probably need to do alittle more research on it.My protein actually has it in it but to get the same amount you have to take 3 scoops and that's 60g protein and that seems a bit much in one sitting. I also need to not have my choc,bananna,peanut butter shake every morning and tomorrow have like a blueberry shake. but I love the taste and it definetly hides the taste of the protein.
Going to fail the 100 mile challengae part one cuz I started p90 again. but got in like 37 miles and hope to get to at least 40 by Monday.
but on the flip side I know this will pay off in the end and I am going to see amazing results!

I read somewhere that our bodies can only digest 30grams of protein at a time, so anything over that will be stored. Great job on the yoga. It hurts so good, lol. I love the feeling of my my muscles being a like jello. It means I had a kick ass workout.

I've only been able to make it to 50 minutes of Yoga...I end up yelling at the television! Isn't Yoga supposed to be calming? My bum! Anyhow, I got myself a Yoga block. We'll see how that goes. I just cant contort myself into those positions, it hurts!

I use a alittle medicine ball but thinkin about buying a block. The crane forget about it- I don't even try anymore!
