〠I skipped my treadmill yesterday because of my sore shin. It still hurts, but later I'll try to do some light exercise. Kids home. Everything is quiet right now. I'm SLOWLY getting through my house chores. I never feel like doing my "to-do's" when I have the kids home, for some reason. I get lazy. But at least I'm sticking to my eating plan. I haven't dropped yet on the chart, but I'm staying down. I want to get below 160. And then when I get below 158, I'll know I'm on the right track again. I seem to always stall around the 160 mark. But this time I'm determined to beat it!
Tuesday evening here, and I just got off the treadmill, having walked for an hour and 15 minutes. Ouch! I'm in pain! Sore left shin. I think tomorrow I might skip again or at least go a little slower.
I gave myself a smaller happy face because, frankly, I think I ate more than I needed. but I weighed myself this morning, and I was the same as yesterday. So overall it was a good day.
