I’m not sure why I’m showing a gain, other than increased carbs vs protein recently. Yesterday I tried doing a little workout on my lunch break. Loved being able to squeeze it in. But I noticed that the strength training didn’t get my heart rate up at all. (Ie No PAI points on my tracker). I know it isn’t cardio, but isn’t it supposed to take a little more out of me? Wondering if I need to lift heavier. Although it seems my heart rate just isn’t elevated as easily since I’ve been running more often. Busy day at work today followed by dinner with my fiancé and uncle and aunt. I will eat light but will not get another workout in until tomorrow. Have a great day FS friends!
