Mmm... the old bod liked the calories. Especially the carbs. It will be interesting to see the weight in over the next few days. I don't mind cutting. 1800 is awfully low, but it allows me the higher cals on lifting day, which I really enjoy. All within the cut calories. 3 days a week instead of 4 means dropping and extra 500 over the course of the week.
