LEGS AND BACK- I actually like this workout. it's intense don't get me wrong but its working my trouble spots lol. I don't have a pull up bar so use my bowflex on my knees and definetly feel it in my lower back, added two scoops of protein to my shake this morning and did blueberry and strawberry and two slice pineapple - yummy. fat was definetly down and calories but carbs in pinapples are pretty high. its a no win situation. lol. tomorrow i actually have time to cook eggs so looking forward to it.
