ddEG's Logboek, 25 jun 14

I'm traveling for work again. Back to the goal of working out every morning of the trip. This trip presents a bit of a challenge. For the last 4 months I've strictly been on OptiFast, which has made it much easier. At this phase in the program I'm starting to reintroduce food. So, I'm replacing 1 meal replacement with 4 oz of protein and 1/2 cup of cooked veggies. Of course I don't have a kitchen so I can't cook it myself. I know there will probably be oil involved in the process, but need to let that go as it's outside of my control and I have to eat in the real world eventually.

Well, I was able to find a place that had broiled trout and cooked broccoli on the menu. It didn't taste too oily, so I think I have a winner with this place! I'm sure all will go well, but need to be diligent in my planning for this trip. As our group moderator likes to say, "You don't plan to fail, you fail to plan."
