Went to dietian today for first time hoping this helps me with this diet she had some good tip. I got to kick up my exercise program oh how i wish i could afford the gym. Oh well will do the best i can . She measured my fat that was depressing . I really want to get that down . Tired of my family making fun of me.

There are literally hundreds of different strength and cardio exercises that require no more space than a yoga mat and use only your body weight. I haven't had a gym membership in 2 years and I work out everyday in my home. Google "bodyweight exercises" and take a look at the possibilities!
