ARGH!!
I feel like death - another night shift over. Off to bed as soon as I feel sleepy (why is it I crave my bed all night and then when I am finally faced with it I am wide awake?! Sod's law much?).
I also have back ache - I think its my kidneys. I have been drinking lots of water so I dunno why they would be hurting but I am in agony.
And I am way to scared to weigh myself tomorrow.
I still have the monthly curse and have had a couple of binges this week so I doubt I will be reaping any rewards even though I have worked out like a maniac.
I'm also going out dinking tonight :-S
I'll make sure I stick to mainly vodka diet coke, although I will start with some vino cos I love it!
