Been struggling a lot these past two weeks with work stress and anxiety. I can see myself starting to go back to old behavior. Wine and ordering out. I need to focus on my health but after a 12-14 hour shift the last thing on my mind is eating healthy. Food let’s me feel better even if it’s fleeting. 😫
