ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...
time for a confession...i have been off my hormones for over 3 weeks - and as such i have gained 15 pounds...the weird thing is that my clothes still fit...i did go back into my 12's...so hopefully this surgery tomorrow will show what is going on so that i can get back to being me...lol (along stretch i know, but one can hope)...
without the hormones i have absolutely NO ENERGY...i am falling asleep at the office and by the time i get home - folding 2 loads of laundry just wears me out...so my exercise has taken a hit...i did the walk away the pounds cd again and only made .75 of a mile...a little better than the first time i did it...but still very bad...
eating...im still eating the veggies with every dinner and most lunches...not getting the 4 cups a day...but doing much better...drank a v8 the other day and it litterly made me sick...lol
on the home front...still working 3 nights a week on the video stuff...waiting for spring so we can plant the garden...we have it all laid out and ready to go as soon as the ground warms up...
have book club tonight - that about sums up my life for this last couple of weeks...
