Ok, went on vacation and it was good to get away from it all but went a little overboard on the eating. Going to reel it back in and I have started using a pedometer today. Hope this helps, really going to make the attempt for at least the 10,000 steps daily. Going away for the 4th of July weekend to San Francisco. I know I'll do a lot of walking, but will be eating some good food too. It's just to tempting and I want to splurge a little bit but not too much. Just going to keep moving forward!
