Yesterday was a good day but hit a low end towards the end. Just too emotional. It didn't cause me to eat anything just was a bad family day.
I still fell down about it today. Hope it doesn't affect my decisions today.

I am glad you had a good day yesterday! I hope it does not! It wont help if you do. In fact, it will make you feel worse. Remember we have power over these things! Exercise your power!
