Inflammation does that. Not your fault. I hope your pain will ease up tomorrow. Take care.

Thank you 😊 for your comment. I have lupus with arthritis and fibro. The pain at times just gets to me and I am unable to do simple tasks. Much less my normal exercise routine. But better days are coming 🌞

No reason to be upset. We are 60+% water. It's just a fluctuation of water levels if you haven't been in a calorie surplus.

With arthritis flares, it is common to retain fluids as part of the inflammation cycle. Hang in there. ((((((hugs)))))

Hey Lorie! I understand you so well. I do have rheumatoid arthritis and it is really painful. But donāt give up . If you have your medicine and working out just as you can at least 30 minutes daily it will keep you on the right path. Sometimes we need a break but always return back stronger than before ! Wish you luck!

The important thing to remember is that flares are not forever. Healing thoughts coming your way!

Take care of yourself and just do what you can. Pick a movement you can do comfortably and then build on that if you can. Some movement is better than none.
