goooooood monday morning...just gettin back from my morning workout...only a 70 min elliptical workout but still worked out a great sweat...was hopin to show another loss again this morning...but guess i will have to give my body alittle more time...lol...its only been a day since i recorded losses..but can always hope to record another one soon...gotta keep a positve outlook on it...even though the scales doesnt always show the whole story...even after my loss yesterday still went into the closet an tried on different summer shorts...alot of the ones that was tight last summer are gonna be worn this summer...they are gettin loser...all a great sign that the scales dont always tell the whole story...

ive quit lifting weights cause my left wrist feels like its got a catch in it...especially when i use it to hold me up against a wall...not sure what caused that..but no upper body workouts till it no longer bothers me...

MY AFFIRMATIONS THAT I TRY AND FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY FOCUSED AND ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
1.5. I AM FIRST !!!!!...I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!
2. WATER...DRINK THE WATER TO FLUSH OUT YOUR TOXINS ...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...BURN OFF THE CALORIES YOU ATE..KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE TO BURN MORE!!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. FOR ME MY PLAN WORKS BETTER IF I KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!
11. DONT EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF !!!!
12. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

Gooooood mornin to you too. Your weight scale is looking incredible. Congratulations are due!!! Well, I am trying South Beach. Started yesterday (Sunday) to see if it helps. I think the sugar addiction is making it too hard for me not to snack and always want to eat, so, here it goes. Did REAL good yesterday, no cravings or hunger. Didn't exercise, but was very busy and did go up and down our stairs at home about 2-dozen times, so that helped me. Gonna get my treadmill back in the house and hubby wants to get me a Wii-Fit (I think it's called that) so I CAN exercise. I don't walk outside at night. Hubby goes to sleep early (his job) so I don't go alone. This may help me get moving. Wish me luck. I will record a weight next Monday. I have gained back about 6 lbs and this is nonsense. Will see how it looks next Sunday (after 1 week). Have a great day loosin!
