So far so good. Still on my path. Not following a specific diet but more of a healthy normal eating way. That means not over eating cos that's what leads to overweight. Cutting down on junk. Biggest challenge is on weekend when family is at home and we watch rugby. Then its snack time and over indulging. Thursday is weigh day and I'm sccared after my birthday of cheesecake, pizza and lotsa wine lol!
