So, My weight has finally begun to go down. It still has not given me the results I know I deserve eating well and exercising 30 to 40 minutes everyday, but at least it has done a nice 180 degree turn. So I look towards being where I need to be in the next week and then see the progress I know I deserve. My calorie intake has gone up recently probably because I am getting too comfortable so I will look to lower that to 1500 and below again starting with today. I also am looking to lower my sodium intake as mentioned by my fellow FS buddy. That is something I have always dealt with and with high blood pressure running in my family, I have to get a hold of that because I don't want to be a victim of that either.
I look forward to better weight logs and journals this week as the water retention and pms go away. hehe! FYI - I refuse to log my weight until it goes below my currently logged weight from 8 days ago....I just deserve better than to see FS tell me my weight went up when I know that I know that I know that I have worked my butt off. -K
