WOW I have been absent since May 3! I can't believe it has been that long since I journaled or recorced my food intate. No wonder I am not seeing the losses that I wish to see. July 5th I will begin recording my food intake again and journalling here. My exercise has been a bit off as of late as well so I am making an new commitment to my fitness regimn as well. I reorganized my binder to include new monthly workout schedules to include Aqua, TM/Bike, & Pilates, thru the end of August and then eliminating the Aqua and increasing the TM/Bike thru October and then including CRT, TM/Bike, pilates thru the end of the year. I also included new weekly schedules for journalling feelings/energy lefel/ect. When I get my tax returns back next year I plan to pay for 52 weeks of personal training and 52 weeks of pilates (when the cash is in my account). In Novemeber my physical is due so I will ask my provider to order the same tests that are in the female longevity panel at LTF. Challenges to my new beginning include getting onto the computer each day not just the nights that I work to record my journal/food. And having the gas money to get to the gym each day to do the scheduled workouts not to mention just the gumption to get up a go to the gym on my way home from work or getting my butt out of bed in the morning on my days off. Past experience has shown me that getting less than 100 grams of Carbs a day is an extreme struggle for me, however I will strive for that goal each day! To save money on groceries I will get meat/vegies from mom and dad each week (they butcher their own meat and grow their own garden and love nothing more than to feed people) I will also have to plan my meals in advance on a weekly basis.
