I took myself on a wee adventure today and am very proud :) Got a sassy new shorter cut! Looking fierce LOL okayyyyyy maybe not quite tho I am feeling much more confident being out in the Big World once again. I saw alot of body reflections today: I do not look how I want to look. I said, with kindness, to myself. "This is me now but this does not represent the true me. I have work to do!" This new cut is the first step in my 2 -year transformation: 60th Bday GLOW-UP engaged!!!!!

Most of my walking lately has been warmup and cool down for a run. I Love both types of exercise. Thanks for your inspiring posts (I donā€™t log in to desktop much)
