lmgeis's Logboek, 05 jul 14

I am doing poorly with the water intake, I should be getting about 96oz/day. My carbs are ok if I don't eat my last meal, which I have not planned out as of yet. I will be getting a treadmill or bike work out in this morning for a cardio session and I will be attending a yoga class. I will call on Monday to get my washing machine serviced (it broke during one of the storms 2 weeks ago). I need to get back onto my restricted diet (not eating foods that I am sensitive to per the testing done in January) It is a difficult diet to follow as many of my sensitivities include spices like garlic. which is in almost any thing I or my roommate makes. LTF is taking registration for the fall weight loss/transformation challenge now. I think I will sit this one out and opt for the winter or spring one when I can have my PT and Pilates going at the same time. In any case I have a plan in place for success-I just need to follow it. LOL
