I forgot my water bottle in the car so I don't know exactly how much I am drinking tonight at work--however I do know that is no where near 96oz. I am over on my carbs today-no big suprise. I have just have Monday night off so I will need to figure out what my meals will be for the week and cook them on Monday before I go to Katie's to do a load of laundry. I will also call the service tech. on Monday to set an appointment for them to come out to my place to fix my washer. I did not sleep well yesterday so I am dragging butt tonight at work. I will try to force myself to put in a Pilate's DVD and do the exercises when I get home in the morning, but I am not making any promises! I may just go to bed when I get home and not even watch Church online let alone go to church this morning.
