lmgeis's Logboek, 09 jul 14

LTF changed the times for yoga basics from Tuesdays at 0830 to Wednesdays at 0830. This messed up my schedule/plan that I had printed out for the remainder of the year so I had to redo this. Hopefully I will be able to get the yoga class in on Wednesdays in addition to the class on Saturdays. My weakness has always been and continues to be Carbs. I seem to have extreme dificulty eliminating the refined carbs that are so detrimental to my weight loss journey. Another struggle I seem to be having is getting in enough water--seems I prefer coffee (a little coffee with my cream and sugar is more reality). I should just eliminate the coffee however I seem to require a jolt of caffeine before I start work at night even if I sleep well during the day. Yesterday I missed my Aqua class because the friend I was taking it with was late to the club and never came inside where I was waiting. We then went out to eat and each had 3 pecan pancakes at the Original Pancake House. For now I will focus on recording my food here daily, and documenting my struggles/successes here and in my health/fitness binder. Thank you for all the well wishing and support and your journal entry's are an inspiration to me as well.
