Trying to wait a few days to update my weight since I just did it 3 days ago... but I've dropped 7 lbs since my last weigh in! Wow!
I'm starting to look like I'm lost in my clothes and a few pair of pants will not even stay up. I guess I will have to get out the sewing machine because I don't really want to invest in a lot of new stuff right now. And still, I've only had maybe 2 people ask if I've lost weight. So weird.

It takes longer for people to notice, and some don't want to even broach the subject. It may seem weird with all the changes we see, but others just don't always seem to be that perceptive or interested.

On my last diet that later failed miserably my best friend only noticed my weight loss after I lost 20 kg / 44 lbs! LOL I think that when you're fat 10 lbs no one notices because you still look the same. I lost 12 pounds and I only notice it on my clothes, no one is complementing me either. Not that I need it.

I didn't get comments from people until I had lost 75 lbs. Don't let it discourage you. If you can tell, that's all that matters :)

it's usually the people who don't see you often that notice, my husband doesn't notice that i've lost any, but he seems me everyday so he's seen the gradual change ya know? 7 pounds is awesome!

I've lost over 50 lbs now and gone down about 4 sizes, so you'd think people would notice that. But wearing my old baggy clothes every day probably doesn't help! That's ok though... I'm not doing it for recognition.

Few people noticed until I bought skinnier clothes. Thrift shop finds but the fit for a while.
