My right knee is bothering me a bit today still. Yesterday it was worse so I skipped Yoga in favor of Aqua, which was an interval class and I challenged myself during the intervals. So It was a good workout anyway. I also did 20 minutes in the whirlpool prior to Aqua class. Today is the Treadmill and a Pilates class I pay extra for at the gym I attend.
I continue to struggle with my carb intake. Today it is over 150 grams, however I am having 2 sandwhiches today. I think I need to up my non-starchy vegies significantly and eat protein with each meal. I just have to plan better. I have the weekend off of work so I will do some planning and cooking then. I will cook up a 4 chicken breasts and 4 salmon steaks for the week and pair them with carrots/green beans. My roomie will probable get bent out of shape that I am again restricting my diet but I must do what I must do!
